P-RT Roof Type Air Conditioning Units are designed to meet the special needs (heating, cooling and fresh air needs) of shopping malls, airports, cinema and theater halls, social facilities, hotels, educational institutions, residences, gyms, business centers and similar areas.

P-RT Rooftop Packaged Air Conditioning Units are offered with different operating mode options such as heat pump, natural gas heating, hydronic coil, heat recovery (rotor or plate), free-cooling, thermodynamic heat recovery and electric heater. Its design involves a complex process due to the many different factors that are related to each other. The roof top unit is designed with different option models to meet the needs in all cases with its connections in accordance with the combination required by the projects.

It can be easily disassembled and reassembled when necessary. Sealing is provided with the gasket placed on the contact surfaces. High-performance fans developed using the latest technologies significantly reduce weight and offer superior mechanical properties. In addition, the vibration of the fans is prevented with the help of flexible outlet connection and vibration isolator placed underneath. The panels forming the body consist of double walls, the outer surface is made of galvanized sheet metal with electrostatic powder paint, and the inner surface is made of galvanized sheet metal or stainless sheet metal depending on the application. Glass wool or rock wool material is placed between the two walls for the purpose of providing sound and heat insulation. Service doors consist of hinges and locking door handle mechanisms. There are lifting slots on the base for easy transportation, and the design of the base base is made suitable for the unit to be moved and positioned by crane or forklift. The roof type package air conditioning unit body is produced from high quality materials that have high strength and resistance against adverse weather conditions.

With its flexible capacity selection range, 'POINT' rooftop package air conditioning unit units can be easily applied to living spaces of all sizes.

Components

Structure

It is made of high quality electrostatic powder painted outer and inner galvanized sheet metal, providing high strength and resistance against adverse weather conditions, and has a barrier between the two walls.
It is insulated with 50 mm thick 70 kg/m3 density rock wool. Specially designed gaskets are used to prevent air leaks.

Cooling Circuit

The cooling circuit can be made as a single or multiple circuits depending on the cooling capacity. The refrigerant used is environmentally friendly. Compressors have a long service life and at the same time high performance levels, high reliability and optimum system efficiency are provided, operating efficiency is kept at a maximum level and longer operating life is provided. The cooling circuit elements consist of electronic expansion valve, dryer, sight glasses, four-way valve and accumulator.

Blowing and Suction Fans

Statically and dynamically balanced fans are located directly on the driven motor shaft. The fans are mounted on a base with anti-vibration mounts together with the motor. High-performance fans developed using the latest technologies significantly reduce weight and offer superior mechanical properties. They extend operating life, provide lower power consumption and provide a significant reduction in noise level. Depending on the area of use, forward or backward curved blades, belt pulley, direct coupled (plug), ex-proof or EC fan motor options are available. Adjustable belt-pulley versions are available as options.

Indoor Battery

Copper pipe is manufactured in aluminum fin structure. Selections are made by taking into consideration minimum air and fluid side pressure loss drops and air speed criteria. Eurovent certified serpentines are used. Optionally, hydrophilic or epoxy coated fin options are available. Stainless steel sheet condensation pan and drainage outlet are available as standard under the battery.

Outdoor Battery

It consists of grooved copper pipe-aluminum finned, single or independent double circuit, positioned at a 45 ° angle, optimized air and water side pressure loss drops, optional hydrophilic/epoxy coated aluminum coils. Eurovent certified serpentines are used.

Filters

In order to protect the components, it can be positioned in the fresh air inlets, in front of the indoor battery, and in front of the heat recovery module in "Point" rooftop package air conditioning units as standard. In addition, optionally, additional M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9 class bags and F7, F8 and F9 class compact filters in accordance with EN 779 standard can also be used.

Additional Heater

Depending on the need, electric, water or natural gas options can be offered. Electric heater models are made of stainless steel sheet metal body and stainless resistances, water serpentine models are made of copper pipe and aluminum finned material, and natural gas burner models are designed as additional modules.

Natural Gas Burner

Natural Gas Burner is a device that creates a mixture of air and fuel that will provide controlled and efficient combustion. The general principle of these devices is to prevent environmental pollution and save energy by increasing combustion efficiency and reaching ideal combustion conditions.

Heat Recovery Module

It is designed as optional rotor/plate heat exchanger/thermodynamic. High efficiency and moisture transfer are provided with condensation/enthalpic or sorption types in different types of rotor options. Eurovent certified components are used in rotor and plate heat exchanger models.

Economizer Damper

Air dampers are used for air volume adjustment and pressure control in the supply and suction channels connected to the Rooftop Unit. Damper casings are designed to create minimum pressure loss when in the open position. When in the closed position, the wings overlap each other and prevent air flow by creating a leak-proof structure. It has a high quality aluminum extrusion body and impact resistant hard gears. It can provide natural cooling and natural heating options by considering the fresh air requirement and return air conditions. It has a more effective cooling/heating option through humidity and/or temperature sensors placed in suitable locations.

Outdoor Fan

Self-coupled AC or EC motorized electric motors, suitable for outdoor conditions, high efficiency and low energy consumption fans are used. In this way, the fluid pressure can be kept at an optimum level and stable.

Automation

The Rooftop Unit is offered as a package type with the automation system. Thanks to the plug-and-play feature, the device can be directly put into operation by making the power connection and pre-settings. All automation equipment is positioned inside the device and protected from external factors. It provides automatic detection and activation of different operating scenarios. It can work integrated with building automation systems. According to the set pressure value of the filters, the pollution status can be controlled and all alarms can be monitored on the LCD screen. Package automation provides proportional control of fresh air, return air and mixing dampers. Optionally, the air quality of the environment can be controlled with the CO2 sensor.
